There are two version offered for the AMD Opteron™ family of processors: Aluminum fin/Aluminum base brazed heatsink compatible with the 754-socket family and Aluminum fin/copper base soldered heatsinks compatible with the 940-socket family. Both versions include the attachment hardware. Thermal interface material can be applied per customer request.
