Tyco Thermal Solutions offers custom extruded heatsinks for customer design specific applications. The designs can include application hardware, secondary operations (drilled & tapped holes) and pressed in inserts. We can also apply thermal interface material as required.

We can also provide high aspect ratio custom cold forged heat sinks with and without attachment hardware.

These applications are offered in aluminum and can be anodized or coated per customer requirement.
